Mad Apple Sport Performance Partnership

We are proud to announce a partnership with Mad Apple Sports Performance!

They're going to do warm-ups and speed work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting next week until the first week of October. They will work with our athletes for the 1st 25-30 minutes of each of those practices. They have an extremely talented and experienced staff who are excited to share their knowledge! They offer training sessions throughout the year, please don't be afraid to check out their website as well.
